SCA is the newest Axsens’ service. It provides a flexible and reactive Supply Chain expertise.
Supported by a light, easy-setup administrative and contractual framework, it allows starting very efficiently a new collaboration.

 •  Support targeted: from 1 to 8 hours per week, extendable
 •  Fixed price Budget from 2500 Euros (VAT excluded) per quarter
 •  Semester Based contractual setup

Project Support
 •  Assisting the project deployment :
         -  Neutral, external assessment
         -  Questions/Answers.
 •  Project Specifications Review (specifications dossier, business requirements, Solution specifications, …):
         -  Industrial process,
         -  Organization skills,
         -  Hardware & Software solutions: warning points, detailed specifications, functionalities prioritization,
 •  Coaching on key work areas and priorities to launch a project:
         -  Strategy definition,
         -  Project scope,
         -  Risk assessment,
         -  Organization & actors,
         -  Industrial process (as-is, to-be),
         -  Initial planning and deployment phases definition,
         -  Best practices (Project Management, Supply Chain Process),
         -  Customer References process: setup, execution and report.

Supply Chain Analysis
 •  Introduction of a given Supply Chain Field. For instance:
         -  Planning Management,
         -  Production Management,
         -  Materials Management,
         -  Lean Manufacturing methodology : Six Sigma, 5S, SMED,
         -  SCOR initiative setup.
 •  Specific supply chain process study: experience sharing on Supply Chain process, feedback return on a documented process.
 •  Flash audit report following a site or shop-floor visit.

Technology Support
 •  Key market actors review/assessment by industrial sector, process and enterprise size,
 •  Benchmarking along a detailed initiative (Actors versus requirement).

Professional training & operational support
 •  Maintenance of a deployed supply chain solution,
 •  Support on MS Office/Lightweight Supply chain tools (Ms Office, database, website), homemade developments,
 •  Coaching of newly appointed managers during transition phases (supply chain manager, production manager, production scheduler, logistics/procurement agent, warehouse supervisor, forecast manager, technical/master data Manager).

 •  IT Business Tools support (ERP, MRP, APS, SCM).
