As Supply Chain Consultant you will participate in consulting teams in SCM projects leveraging Axsens SCM Implementation Methodology to design, develop and implement solutions to address business objectives and priorities of our customers over a variety of industries.

You will demonstrate ability to lead and execute the Design (business process analysis and design), Configure (system configuration, data loading and testing) Model (integration testing), and Deploy (rollout) phases of the Solutions Delivery process. You will conduct training preparation activities and delivery for client power users and project team members.

Teamwork – You will assist in skill set development, mentoring of other experienced consultants and participate to knowledge and experience sharing sessions with your colleagues. You will contribute to the evolution and growth of the Consulting Practice by developing and/or updating best practices and solutions delivery documents.

Experience: 3 to 10 years experience with BS/BA (BAC+4 or BAC+5 as French equivalent). Specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation or supporting IS related fields are favored (MS/MA/MBA).

Knowledge of global supply chain management issues and strategies in global companies. Experience with corporate project teams with cross functional representation of business and IT groups, experience addressing the reengineering of business processes. Ability to solve key issues linking solution configuration and business processes supported.

Experience implementing or using an ERP application. Knowledge of web based software concepts and efficient IT architecture components.

Outstanding interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. Strong presentation skills in front of small and large audiences. You will demonstrate solid relationship management, time management and professionalism.
