The result was a set of proposals for technical and managerial improvements. These proposals have been incorporated into our action plans.
I would say that Axsens provided remarkable methodological support, based on the consultants' expertise in tools for implementing progress. My teams particularly appreciated the involved and benevolent support that facilitated exchanges and the effectiveness of day-to-day relations.
In addition to the Axsens mission, working groups were organized with the teams, and a reliability initiative was launched with Maintenance. All the production teams are committed to a dynamic of progress, which has resulted in a good rate of production since the beginning of September.
