The site, accessible at the URL https://axsens.com/ (hereinafter "the Site"), is published by AXSENS. The Site is hosted by OVH, a société par actions simplifiée (simplified joint stock company), registered in the Roubaix Trade and Companies Register under number 424 761 419, whose registered office is located at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix. The Site describes the activities and services offered by AXSENS, enables Users to subscribe to offers proposed by AXSENS and communicates news relating to AXSENS. In addition to these functionalities, the Site provides Users with information enabling them to contact AXSENS. 9. CONSENT

This choice is kept for a maximum period of six (6) months after it has been made. At the end of this period, the User's consent will again be required for AXSENS to place Cookies on his/her Terminal.
11. SETTING COOKIES
When the User first connects to the AXSENS Site, a Cookies banner is displayed, allowing the User to accept or refuse the use of all Cookies, or to accept this use granularly, by purpose.
