4 days of classroom training
Written assessment (E1) - 50 minutes
This consists of 2 questionnaires, "General" and " Lean - Green Belt" (via the UL6S online certification platform), and assesses mastery of knowledge and skills relating to Lean principles and tools.
Technical file (E2) - 1h15 maximum
On the basis of several proposed case studies, the candidate presents a written dossier (via the UL6S online certification platform) that addresses targeted skills such as workshop organization, initial process measurement, root causes of the problem, optimization solutions and control measures.
Summary report (E3) - 20 minutes maximum
A summary report (via the UL6S online certification platform) takes up all the case studies covered in the technical file, and validates the candidate's ability to implement a continuous improvement approach.
Official results will be notified in writing no later than one month after the tests.
If any criteria are not validated, make-up tests can be organized using the same pedagogical methods as for the initial application (reduced price for retaking the certification).
In the event of an acceptable application, the candidate has 2 months to propose corrective action following the jury's report.
After a 15-day reminder with no response, the application is cancelled. Catch-up elements are assessed by the original jury.
Certification through UL6S accreditation.
