We are an Operational Excellence consultancy born of the merger between the Axsens agency, created in 2005 by Aymeric de Valroger, specializing in industrialSupply Chain , and the bte association (Bureau des Temps Élémentaires) created in 1938.
Close to people and their realities, always ready to adapt and innovate, our aim for the past 20 years has been to give you access to the best methods and tools for continuous improvement.
Our teams' mission is to make your organizations more reliable, adaptable and agile, while respecting people and their well-being. This requires expertise encompassing the entire industrial chain, while calling on essential methods!
In 2017, merger with Lyon-based consultancy BELIER ASSOCIES, bringing the number of offices in France to three: Toulouse, Paris, Lyon. Since 2023, the firm has continued to expand its horizons, opening its first international offices in Hamburg, Germany.

2014
Creation of the Axsens Innovation department bte (Research & Methods) in partnership with the ANR (French National Research Agency) Denis de Boissieu is one of the first European DD MRP instructors to be accredited by the Demand Driven Institute.
2015
Axsens bte fête ses 10 ans. 1ère conférence IPSM sur la résolution de problèmes.
2017
Axsens bte joins the first French companies to be ISO 9001 v 2015 certified Axsens bte expands its geographical reach to Lyon by merging with Lyon-based firm BELIER ASSOCIES
2020
Axsens obtains QUALIOPI certification. This mark, created by the French government, will be mandatory from January 1, 2022 to qualify for public or mutualized funding for training.
2021
Axsens bte est agréé CIR par le Ministère de la Recherche. Cet agrément rend les dépenses de nos clients éligibles au crédit d'impôt, si elles sont en lien avec la Recherche. Axsens bte intègre le groupe de travail de l'IAQG
2023
Axsens bte opens a new office in Hamburg (Germany)

2025
Axsens bte has been co-opted by Bpifrance to join its Club Excellence. This is a very restricted circle of 2,000 companies, or 1% of the customers supported by Bpifrance.
