Our Mission: Manage your transition to the industry of the future by involving your team at the heart of change
Big data, additive manufacturing, robotization, augmented reality, the4th industrial revolution based on new digital technologies and plant connectivity is underway to meet the economic challenges facing industry.
The aim of the industry of the future is to respond to economic, technological, organizational, environmental and social challenges by setting up more innovative, high-performance plants that are connected to their employees, machines, service providers and environment.
With the advent of digitalization and the Internet in its broadest sense, people, machines and infrastructures are connected, generating data that can be used in real time and stored in shared spaces. Industry players receive information and transmit data via smartphones and tablets. Machines, for their part, are also connected, thanks in particular to the use of robots, mobile tooling and automated production lines.
Embarking on a process of transformation towards Industry 4.0 implies the need to adopt a change management approach, integrating the various players involved in this transition in order to engage them in the process.
People at the heart of the industry of the future
To remain competitive in an increasingly competitive environment, companies must constantly transform and innovate. New technologies are constantly shaking up organizations, and this implies a profound change in management methods. At Axsens, we are convinced that the key to successful transformation lies first and foremost in the consideration of human and managerial issues.
But change can be frightening and a source of anxiety for managers and employees alike, which can jeopardize the success of a project. It is therefore crucial and strategic to support change under optimum conditions
Seneca said: "It's not change that frightens people, but the idea they have of it". To manage change effectively, we need to start by changing the way we think about it.
The key to effective change management is management , which relies on the manager's ability to involve change stakeholders in the project, to communicate with them so that they understand what's at stake and are kept informed of project progress, and to provide training to reassure users.
With this in mind, we have developed an approach to supporting executives, local managers and project leaders, based on the organization of seminars, training courses and coaching sessions. This work is adapted to each context, taking into account the maturity of the teams, the environment and the culture of the organization.
Building a corporate vision :
Sharing a common vision enables us to cope with profound changes in the way we work, and to respond to uncertainty and complexity. Embodied by the leader, the company's vision must be shared as widely as possible by its teams.
We support you in this dynamic process, from the definition of a strategy to the deployment of action plans.
Seminar animation
Our consultants, trained in group facilitation and coaching techniques, support companies in running their seminars to create the conditions for successful transformation projects, elaborate a corporate vision and develop new management practices.
We invite you to try out some innovative and inspiring forms of animation: open forums, world cafés, "around jazz", "around rugby", etc.
Training managers :
Managers in the field are faced with teams that require new forms of management and communication: relationships with authority, precarious jobs, speed, media, social networks, and so on.
Field managers are often very good technicians. This has enabled them to evolve. They have the legitimacy to lead the team. They quickly understand new methods (Kanban, 5S, etc.). But they don't have the tools management to apply them sustainably. They know how to "do", but they don't know how to "get things done".
We offer training courses that enable you to learn and practice everyday " gestures " from management.
