General guidelines of the APN® partnership
The APN® partnership framework is designed to best address the "usual weaknesses" of small consulting structures:
• Relative isolation
• Relatively weak commercial position
• Willingness to work more as a team
• Lack of experience in contractual terms
• Difficulties in satisfying requests from purchase departments of large groups
• Inability to address alone the most interesting/consequent files, without external collaboration with larger consulting companies.
