I appreciated the training, which enabled me to improve my skills in terms of strategy LEAN and the use of tools. I found the six sigma part more complicated in the sense that I didn't have time to devote to it outside the sessions. I'm glad to know Minitab, especially as I'm going to get a license. However, free software would have been welcome. Thanks to the dynamic and professional trainers.

This training exceeded my expectations, particularly on subjects such as MSA and SPC. I now feel able not only to use the right tools for specific needs, but also to interpret the data and make the right decisions.

Very interesting training, complementary and in line with my last professional experience in the TPM Continuous Improvement approach
Passionate trainers, very good exchanges on the courses, their experiences, and the simulation games.
It seems to me that this training would require 1 or 2 additional days. On the other hand, I think that, although very interesting, we spent too much time on Minitab software applications, especially in the 10-day format, hence the 1 or 2 extra days needed.

Continuous Improvement and Business Process Improvement Engineer

Superb training! Very comprehensive and met my expectations. Good, experienced trainers. Only downside: too many hours spent on the MINITAB tool.
