STEP 3: ANCHORING - 2 x 1h telephone call
- Intensive training with exercises suggested by the trainee and corresponding to his/her mission, challenges and needs.
Instructors will help trainees progress at their own pace, and will identify the theme of the exercises from one session to the next in agreement with the trainee.
