Change is a state of affairs whose objective may be daily or medium-term. It is necessitated by objectives to improve technical, human and/or organizational performance. It must be accepted by members of the management team, managers and employees. The methods and practices used are in line with the company's policy and culture. Whatever the nature of the change, it must take place in a social climate conducive to the company's evolution, and be systematically accompanied by communication aimed at all those involved in the process.
