Change is a state of affairs whose objective may be short-term or medium-term. It is necessitated by objectives to improve human and/or organizational technical performance. It must be accepted by members of management, managers, and employees. The methods and practices used are in line with company policy and culture. Regardless of the nature of the change, it must take place in a social climate conducive to the company's development and be accompanied by systematic communication to all those involved in the process.
