Combining local success with group synergies

The aim of Axsens bte Germany, as in France, is to promote and develop our expertise in consulting, training and auditing.

"We want to develop a great team of 10 to 20 people to build a mature office combining local success with group synergies," said Aymeric.

Recently hired as the new Consulting Director for Axsens bte Germany, Jan Zander accepted the challenge and joined the firm in February 2023. Why did he take the plunge?

"I was in the mood for adventure. After Covid and having children, I decided to do something new. Axsens bte gives me that opportunity.

Surround yourself with people to grow

Jan's goal is to develop the company and expand the team.

"I'm looking for people with anentrepreneurial spirit, interested in setting up a SARL, to experience the full adventure of creating an office and building a strong team," said Jan. "In reality, joining Axsens bte Germany is not as risky as a real start-up, as it benefits from the solid structure and support of Axsens bte France."

Aymeric also stressed the need to recruit motivated people:

We're delighted to welcome our new employees, "who want to launch a German division based on strong social and environmental values. Individual responsibility will be a key success factor," he declared.

A common DNA

The German office will retain the Axsens DNA bte as it already exists in France, where the spirit of collaboration is important both internally, between employees, and externally, in customer relations. Industrial partnerships will also characterize the dynamics of the German office, and management expects numerous synergies between the French and German teams...

"Just as in France, we aim for strong partnerships not only with our customers, but also with consulting and training partners within our industry, whatever the sector, so that the consultants, resources and skills available are complementary "says Aymeric.

Axsens bte Germany has successfully launched its activities with existing clients in theaerospace sector. To accelerate this growth, the firm will also be working with existing international clients. What can our German office offer that other consulting firms can't?

Jan replied: "We will put all our energy, motivation and skills at your disposal to accelerate the development and transformation of our customers towards greater efficiency, in terms of reducing lead times, costs and quality."
