The human dimension is becoming increasingly important in projects and in the quality of working life. By taking this factor into account from the outset and throughout the entire project, we are able to improve turnaround times, performance and the sustainability of results.
In coaching, the person can build (co-construct with the coach) their own solution, because they know their job. The coach enables them to work out their solution through attentive listening, questioning, theoretical input and sometimes confrontation. New methods are thus more readily adopted.
Coaching is aimed at individuals, project teams, management teams or the entire organization. Each person, in his or her own role, needs to evolve his or her practices to gain greater autonomy. Organization coaching is based oncollective intelligence.
During their work, coaches adhere to a strict code of ethics, particularly with regard to the confidentiality of exchanges, in order to establish a relationship of trust, which is essential to the success of the coaching process.

Defining needs
The first step is to establish the need for individual/team support, based on the team's requirements. Axsens consultant-coaches bte work with individuals/teams to formalize the objectives to be achieved, whether in terms of individual behavior, technical expertise or collective operating methods. They then propose an appropriate coaching process. A formal contract is drawn up, setting out the commitments and expected results.

Individual coaching
Individual coaching, based on a clearly defined contract, is carried out in a variety of ways: through face-to-face working sessions, through situational observations in the field, through meetings with several people. In all these phases, consultant-coaches provide a protective framework that enables people to express themselves openly. The working sessions are based on demanding and benevolent listening, which also enables people to be confronted and challenged.

Supporting teams
Team and organization coaching enables teams to share and align on a common vision, and to help solutions emerge. Based oncollective and emotionalintelligence, team building actions help align positions and give meaning to transformations. Axsens bte supports its customers in running seminars using innovative approaches (world café, open forum) and fun (serious games, jazz, rugby, etc.).

Hervé JEANS, APN
A&M engineer with 20 years' experience in international industrial groups, managing cross-functional projects: development, industrialization and marketing of products and services. He was an internal coach for the Volvo Group and is accredited by the Société Française de Coaching (SFCoach). He has expertise in cross-functional leadership (management projects, collaborative organizations) and multi-generational management . In addition to his qualifications in Berne Organizational Theory and Occupational Psychology, he is a certified Executive Coach HEC Paris, Talents@ TLP Navigator and EQi 2.0, and Open Forum-World Café facilitator.
