AXSENS-bte is a consulting, training and technical assistance firm specializing in Industrial Organization, Supply Chain & Logistics, Lean & Industrial Methods, and Quality. As part of our development, we are looking for a QSC consultant (F/H), based in Toulouse, to join our teams.
Your profile:
With an engineering background or higher education with a specialization (Bac+5) in Logistics/Supply chain, you have at least 5 years' experience in Quality and Supply Chain in the Aerospace sector. You have a good knowledge of industrial methods and master the requirements of the aerospace sector, such as project management, FMEA, APQP, 8D, ToW, MRPII, etc. and their applications.
You are familiar with the following subjects:
- Aerospace requirements and standards (GRESS/GRAMS/ASR, EN9XXX, ...)
Finally, you are familiar with the tools associated with the business (SharePoint, Google tools, etc.),
Fluent professional English required: you speak and write technical English related to the aeronautical profession. Good writing and communication skills in English are required.

Your mission:
Reporting to the Business Unit Manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows:
- Creation and updating of performance indicators, explanatory manuals, training material, etc.
- Identify risks and capitalize on feedback to improve customer processes;
- Accompany change management,
- Experience in supplier management
- Know the stakes on the ground
- Manage an End-To-End project
- Be comfortable delivering training and awareness sessions
- Work on these activities in close cooperation with an existing team
- Follow-up reporting on activities
Location:
- Toulouse (31) with travel on assignment. National and international mobility for occasional assignments.
Compensation / Package
- According to profile & experience.
- Package 38.5 hours per week.
