  • Training of 2 groups of operators (2004 and 2005) in 5S, TPM, SMED, 8D, workstation analysis, flow analysis.
  • Support for the management team in the deployment of Continuous Improvement, with definition of objectives, implementation of a standard "communication area" and follow-up in the field.

Lean Enterprise :

  • Diagnosis Lean
  • Training the project team in methodology and tools
  • Coordination of the approach through the deployment of projects Lean
