Mission :

Continuous Improvement:

  • Training of two groups of operators (2004 and 2005) in 5S, TPM, SMED, 8D, job analysis, and flow analysis tools
  • Supporting the management team in the rollout of Continuous Improvement, including defining objectives, setting up a standard "communication space," and monitoring in the field.

Lean :

  • Lean Diagnosis
  • Training the project team in methodology and tools
  • Facilitation of the process through the implementation of Lean projects
