Background :
The Pierre Fabre Group, the world's second-largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory, France's second-largest independent pharmaceutical group and France's leading manufacturer of non-prescription products, needs to upgrade the skills of one of its employees in industrial methods at its main production site in Gien.
Mission :
Creation of a tailor-made 9-day form'action divided into 3 phases, delivered directly in the field with alternating theory and practice to assimilate the tools.

Objectives :
Train their methods technicians to master the concepts of ergonomics, layout, time measurement and work study.
