Background :
The Pierre Fabre Group, the world's second-largest dermo-cosmetics laboratory, France's second-largest independent pharmaceutical group, and France's leader in over-the-counter products sold in pharmacies, needs to train one of its employees in industrial methods at its main production site in Gien.
Mission :
Creation of a customized 9-day training course divided into 3 phases, delivered directly in the field with alternating theory and practice to assimilate the tools.

Objectives :
