Morning: Climate Fresco Game
Participants gather around a table in teams of 4 to 8, and play with cards. They discover the different components of climate disruption and work together to link them together to identify cause-and-effect relationships. A facilitator supervises one or more teams, guiding them through the workshop and allowing collective intelligence to express itself.

The main objective of the afternoon is to translate the concepts discovered in the morning into concrete action for the company.
