"Prowhy" is a collaborative problem-solving tool designed to facilitate the implementation of standard problem-solving approaches. Designed to structure, memorize and share information resulting from problem solving, and thus encourage feedback. Not all problems need to be dealt with at the same level, using the same tools. Prowhy" has modeled and pre-registered the main tools, integrating methodological guides with an intuitive, visual, easy-to-use approach: 5 Whys, 8D, 9S, PDCA, QQOQCP, cause-effect diagrams, criticality calculations based on risk (recurrence, cost, etc.), reports, workflow. "Prowhy" is also a tool for facilitating work groups in workshops, as well as a collaborative tool for sharing information. This tool is widely used by many aeronautical equipment manufacturers.
