Background :
Input data :
- Pressure on costs, quality and deadlines from prime contractors (aircraft manufacturers)
- Anticipating the deployment of the EN9145 standard
- Anticipate demand from aerospace customers (e.g. AIRBUS) for deployment of this new standard
Objectives :
Implement project management based on the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) approach/methodology, including its adaptation - depending on the complexity of the project, the type of product, the context, and so on. The idea is to create a single standard that is used systematically when a project is launched.
Mission :
The project was carried out in 5 stages:
1-Building a SATYS working group
2-Awareness of APQP to the working group
3-Creation of the SATYS Group APQP Standard & Creation of the SATYS Group APQP training module
4-Training in the SATYS Group APQP Standard
5-Support for the working group
