Background :

- Pressure on costs, quality, and deadlines from clients (aircraft manufacturers)
- Anticipating the rollout of the EN9145 standard
- Anticipating demand from aerospace customers (e.g., AIRBUS) for the deployment of this new standard
Objectives :
Implement project management based on the APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) approach/methodology, including its adaptation—depending on the complexity of the project, the type of product, the context, etc. The idea is to create a single standard that is used systematically when launching a project.
Mission :
The project was carried out in five stages:
1-Establishment of a SATYS working group
2-Raising awareness of APQP among the working group
3-Creation of the SATYS Group APQP Standard & Creation of the SATYS Group APQP training module
4-Training in the SATYS Group APQP Standard
5-Support for the working group
