First failed experiment in 2004-2007

Mission

Deployment of the Lean Enterprise project on all sites:

  • Project organization: structure, schedule, milestones
  • Creation of the Lean repository (charter, organizational structure and documents)
  • Setting up the project team and training in methodology and tools Lean
  • Launch seminars
  • Launch of Lean projects dealing with layout and flow, equipment availability, organization, re-industrialization, communication, management visual and participative.

Managing the first pilot projects

Coaching for the following projects in production, support functions and suppliers

  • Change management: Industrial Excellence (training of trainers, field implementation)
  • Audits to secure the process
