Mission
Deployment of the Lean Enterprise project on all sites:
- Project organization: structure, schedule, milestones
- Creation of the Lean repository (charter, organizational structure and documents)
- Setting up the project team and training in methodology and tools Lean
- Launch seminars
- Launch of Lean projects dealing with layout and flow, equipment availability, organization, re-industrialization, communication, management visual and participative.
Managing the first pilot projects
Coaching for the following projects in production, support functions and suppliers
- Change management: Industrial Excellence (training of trainers, field implementation)
- Audits to secure the process
