Mission :
Deployment of a Lean approach to the AIT activities of Observation Satellites
- Interviews with the various actors involved in the process,
- Observation of activities in the clean room in order to identify value-added tasks, non-value-added tasks, and losses (BTE111 process analysis).
- Identification of Lean projects Lean VSM)
- Proposals and implementation of improvement measures to enhance reliability and reduce the AIT cycle of SLs
- Deployment of a standard method and transfer of skills in order to roll out the method and ensure adoption by AIT teams
