Mission :
Deployment of a Lean Manufacturing approach for AIT Observation Satellites activities
- Interviews with the various players in the process,
- Observations of activities in the cleanroom, to identify value-added tasks, non-value-added tasks and losses (BTE111 workflow analysis).
- Site identification Lean (VSM)
- Suggest and implement improvement actions to make the SL AIT cycle more reliable and shorter
- Deployment of a standard method and transfer of skills in order to deploy the method and ensure its appropriation by AIT teams
