Mission :
- Industrial diagnosis of the existing situation and preparation of a list of recommendations,
- Drawing up specifications for a European center: - Call for tenders from service providers - Analysis of tenders and site visits - Selection of service provider - Choice of location (barycentre)
- Help in drafting the operating contract
- Operational implementation of the European center: - Phasing of the ramp-up - Support for the service provider until the stabilization phase - Support in the field - Development of procedures and operating methods - Staff training - Setting up the steering structure (Management Visual, performance indicators, steering committees).
