The 5 phases of plant development:

1-Growth of existing activities (+50% turnover over 2 years)
2-Integration of the PONTOISE factory's activities
3-Development of new technology (SMC – new powder – SEB products)
4-Diversification of the Tools business
5-Overseeing its relocation strategy to low-cost countries (LCC)

 

Objectives :
