Background :
J3L develops and manufactures metal parts for luxury brand accessories.
The group wants to implement a solution that will enable its various sites to share a common vision, facilitate exchanges from a single point of entry, and encourage group work.
This approach will also enable the group to respond more effectively and proactively to their customers' needs, by dealing more effectively with root-cause problems and non-conformities.
Mission :
Deployment of the Prowhy tool at J3L group sites
Objectives :
- Support the site in implementing this tool according to their needs (tool customization)
- Train employees to use the tool
Results :

Prowhy is now installed on J3L's server for all sites.

23 employees were trained to use the tool in addition to the 8D training course.

All employees are now able to use the tool to process 8Ds and non-conformities.
