Background :
J3L develops and manufactures metal parts for luxury brand accessories.
The group wants to implement a solution that will enable its various sites to share a common vision, facilitate exchanges from a single point of entry, and promote teamwork.
This approach will also enable the group to respond more effectively and proactively to its customers' needs by addressing root causes and non-conformities in the best possible way.
Mission :
Deployment of the Prowhy tool across the sites that make up the J3L group
Objectives :
- Support the site in implementing this tool according to their needs (customization of the tool)
- Train employees in the use of the tool
Results :

Prowhy is now installed on the J3L server for all sites.

23 employees were trained in the use of the tool in addition to the 8D training.

All employees are now able to use the tool to process 8Ds and non-conformities.
