BlooFood project - Axsens bte

Background :

"200 million meals were delivered in France in 2019. Considering that for every meal delivered, three to four packages are used, this represents at the very least more than 600 million single-use packages," calculates former French Minister for Ecological Transition, Barbara Pompili. With this in mind, a restaurateur and an entrepreneur teamed up to create a circular economy based on solidarity, thanks to a new way of delivering and taking away food using eco-designed, innovative and reusable containers. They called on Axsens bte to support them in setting up their supply chain , andexpressed the wish to have a project manager to oversee the various aspects of the project.

Mission :

Carry out a market study for caterers:
-Create and distribute a survey to gather needs
- Build a prototype
- Build a business model
- Imagine the Supply Chain with the different flows
- Build SWOT and PESTEL matrices and KANO diagram
- Do a competitive study
- Analyze risk management

- Final document compiling data, market studies and business plan
- Workshop
- Project follow-up PowerPoint presentation
