"We asked Vincent to set up a tailor-made training program to give our management team all the tools they needed to cope with the changes made necessary by the Covid crisis and its impact on our main sector of activity, aeronautics, without losing sight of our core values: Humanity and benevolence. Many changes have taken place: offices have been redeployed, workshops reorganized and managerial routines introduced. All these changes were well accepted, thanks to the bond of trust that Vincent was able to forge with the managers, but also with the operators, who were able to participate in these changes at their own level, by making proposals and pointing out bottlenecks. The managers have also become aware, and some have discovered the key role played by the HR department within the company, and no longer hesitate to call on it whenever necessary. This rise in HR culture within the company has been made possible by the relevance of the training program set up by Vincent.
