The program

The game is played in several rounds, each building on the previous one, but the rounds are independent. A progressive learning approach: new parameters are introduced in each round, and clear indicators and data are available. The impact of choices is directly visible on the income statement.

Teamwork has two benefits: understanding concepts and working together.

  • Quickly understand the challenges and impact of each management decision on the company's results with concrete illustrations of management principles.
  • Learning to work and make decisions together and enjoying doing so: Team building activity

The game was created to naturally transpose management concepts into the business environment. In particular, it helps teams with their projects involving outsourcing, make-or-buy decisions, total cost management methods, the financial impact of DD MRP, customer financial risk management, variability, and forecasting.

Many concepts related to supply chain lean management be illustrated in the different sections: the use of SMED, the concept of batch size, the cost of different modes of transport and handling, the impact of customer and supplier payment terms, the different INCOTERMS, the importance of preventive maintenance, etc.
