Faced with today's supply chain challenges, operational excellence has become an essential approach to improving business performance. C-LOG, a key player in the Supply Chain E-Commerce and Retail sector, has taken up this challenge by integrating the Lean approach, which has enabled it to harmonize practices in its warehouses through the use of management visual.
Born of a leading group in the French ready-to-wear sector, C-LOG offers customized logistics, transport and e-commerce solutions. With the support ofAxsens bte, during a Kaizen project on one of their processes, the company was able to deploy a standardized management visual model in all its warehouses. This tool aims to structure performance management and harmonize practices between its different sites, thus facilitating communication between field teams and managers.
The Bretagne Sypply Chain association wanted to share these best practices with its members by organizing a visit to the warehouse.
