
The "Black Belt" Lean Six Sigma leads complex improvement and optimization projects in services or industry. He or she feeds the company's strategic intelligence and identifies areas for improvement. As a reference, he/she supervises and coordinates operational action plans in line with the fundamentals of Lean Six Sigma. This training course will enable you to gain expertise and design new processes.
• Master the DMAIC approach to lead projects independently
• Be able to supervise Lean Sigma Green Belts
• Play an active role in the deployment of Lean Sigma within your company
• Gain expertise in Lean Sigma approaches
• Use statistics to determine the root causes of a problem and resolve them permanently.
• 9 days of training (3 sessions of 3 days every 3 weeks) – In person
• 1 day of group coaching between sessions – Remote!
• 1 hour preliminary interview with each trainee to assess and choose a project to be carried out during the training
Certification is based on three tests:
• Multiple-choice knowledge test (40 min): 58 single-choice questions on Lean tools Lean 60% score required.
