Objectives :

Develop a culture of continuous improvement throughout the company:

- Deployment of participative visual management (MVP)
- Skills training for site management on the SQCDP tool
- Implementation of the Genba Walk and the Green Loop
- Deployment of problem-solving methods
- " Train the trainer " training for coordinators
- Perpetuation of the Continuous Improvement culture

Mission :

Implement the defined objectives in a progressive and structured manner.
- Site rollout:
- Develop a rollout plan
- Ensure MVP consistency and standardization

- Continuing education:
- Design and deliver training programs adapted to each hierarchical level
- Evaluate the skills development of management.

- Field implementation: supporting and coaching users in the effective use of the SQCDP tool

- Monitor sites' ability to solve their own problems

- Sustain a culture of continuous improvement:
- Implement monitoring and quality assurance mechanisms
- Propose corrective actions if deviations are identified
