The Green Belt training program focuses on process improvement to solve complex problems or achieve breakthrough progress. Discover the DMAIC approach and master the associated Lean Sigma tools to boost process performance.

Objectives and context of the certification:

This certification program attests to an individual's ability to deploy the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) approach by implementing Lean Sigma tools at the Green Belt level.

This approach to continuous improvement and control of process variability applies to organizations using manufacturing, service, and/or transaction processes.

The Green Belt level allows you to manage simple projects, generally carried out within the same functional scope, by being knowledgeable about the approach, principles, and tools, and to participate in complex projects with a broader scope.

This certification has been designed in accordance with standard NF X06-091:2025 with the aim of improving the skills of professionals who need to master the DMAIC approach without necessarily having any prerequisites. It is intended for operational excellence managers/consultants who need to master this improvement process in their role, and for department/team/unit managers who wish to lead performance improvement projects within their scope in the industrial or service sectors.

This certification may also be suitable for technicians who work on these issues and wish to take their professional career to the next level.
