In order to maximize its chances of successfully passing this accreditation, the company decided to enlist the help of a consulting firm. Axsens bte was consulted. - Action plan fed by deliverables for accreditation
- Verification/modification and validation of deliverables
- Preparing for the mock audit
- Explanation of discrepancies following the mock audit
- Recommendations for further action to achieve accreditation objectives
